You are invited to the second annual FŌDA one-day suppliers’ exposition in Bristol, curated by Josh Eggleton and the Pony Restaurant Group.
This is a great networking event for both the restaurants and the producers. FŌDA comes from Old English and means food or nourishment. The purpose of the event is to showcase the best food and drink that our region, the South-West, has to offer. Restaurants from across Bristol, Somerset, Bath, The Cotswolds and Wales are invited to attend.
There will be a selection of producers, from fish and vegetables to charcuterie and cheese, along with spirits & soft drinks producers, and local wine suppliers.
The event is a celebration of our regions’ products, with the aim of building new connections between traders & restaurants in our region.
The event will be held at Wogan’s Coffee Roastery in St Jude’s Bristol, on Monday 25 September 2023, in the afternoon from 1pm.
